Is street view ethical?

Do you think it is ethical that google would continue using this service? If you think yes, so what do you think of the two following quotes?

"A furious British wife has called in divorce lawyers after spotting her husband's car parked outside another woman's house — on Google". (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,511778,00.html)

"Google has removed dozens of photos from its new UK Street View service. "

  2. While I consider myself an avid user of Google Earth's technology, there is only so much you can do with technology. I believe that if you are to use it, you should be aware of the consequences that do come with it! Google isn't at fault, the woman is. You should be using your resources accordingly, not violate other people's privacy and misuse technology.

  5. I believe that any service or product has Its good side and dark side . " Google Earth " service can be ethical and unethical . It is unethical when people miss use the service which leads to a seriouse consequence that costs their beloved ones . On the other hand , It can be ethical when service providers put certain restrictions that reduces problems . In the woman's case , I adare say that what she did is totaly unacceptable because of the interference of people's life . It is like stocking people .

Becareful when you use that service and be aware of the consequences.
